I’m a big fan of the book “The Three Levels of Self-Awareness” by Jens Ilg, David Hawkins, and Steve Pavlina. And we are so busy trying to be the best selves that we miss the fact that we are the only ones who have the slightest clue what we are good at. We aren’t just good at getting good grades.

It’s not just the academic department that is to blame for this, it’s more than just the school system that is to blame. It’s not just the general public that are to blame. It’s the corporate culture that is to blame. The culture of the corporate world has created a false idol, or idolized what it thinks is the best.
