I’ve been learning to love my body a lot lately- mostly for my health. I’ve been slowly and steadily working to be more aware of how my body needs to feel, and I think this is a big change. My skin has a ton of health benefits, and I feel like more self-awareness and self-love is a part of that.

I feel like I know what I’m doing when it comes to health. It might not be the same for everyone, but I do know what I’m doing because I feel as though I’m in the best position to do it. I’m not just talking about getting a better diet or changing my body composition. I’m talking about changing how I feel and about feeling good in general.

The first three steps of the “four pillars of self-awareness” are the best ones to consider for someone who wants to feel good in general. First, you have to know yourself. Second, you have to know what you’re doing. Then you have to know what you’re doing in that zone. Once you know yourself and what you’re doing, you can then be aware of what you’re doing in other areas.

Of course you don’t know yourself and you don’t know what youre doing until you get to the point where you can both know and do yourself. A lot of people seem to have trouble with the second step. “What am I doing in this zone?” is a huge hurdle for some people. Some people seem to have trouble with the third step, but that step really seems to be an area where there are lots of people who seem to have trouble.

I think the problem may be that people are so focused on the first two steps and think of the third step as a minor thing. But if you think about it, that really isn’t how it works. That step is about as big as it gets and it’s actually the most important step in the game, the one that doesn’t get talked about enough.
